He demonstrated how to use the app and even walked us to the unit we rented. Do recommend getting a unit or space from here.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Over the course of a year, the rate hikes have been outrageous, with no clear justification. Worse yet, my unit was broken into with ease .. unsurprising given the complete lack of security on the premises. The surveillance system appears to be either non-functional or laughably outdated .. seriously, are they using potatoes for cameras? And don’t even get me started on the so-called “insurance” they offer. It’s an absolute joke. After losing over $2,000 worth of fishing equipment, I was met with nothing but red tape, denial, and excuses. The only response I received? A dismissive apology and yet another rate increase, conveniently blamed on “operational costs.” Avoid this place if you value your belongings and your sanity.
