Editing my review; since property maintenance has changed so has the quality. Loud music is played all of the time, deep holes are only being filled in first row and most of the time it looks like a junkyard. Let management know of the loud music and constant power outage due to a neighboring unit running high voltage power equipment and nothing is done. Rent went up and supposedly there were going to be improvements but I now feel like I should get out and swim to my unit if it rains. Definitely need an alignment more often due to all of the potholes. There is no way around them.

Poorly managed!!! Had a unit here for a few years and unfortunately witnessed this place deteriorate. We have a 37’ travel trailer and wanted to protect our investment with fully enclosed storage and found big space storage which was located not too far from where we live. Initially, it was really clean and we had a unit that faced the retention pond (which was nice for backing in my unit without any issues). Then one day, my family and I went to head out for an extended weekend trip only to find a food truck parked directly in front of our unit along the fence line. I phoned the manager and told him about my situation and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it because the food truck owners were renting (a unit) and were only parking outside because their truck wouldn’t fit inside their unit. So I requested to move to a more ideal location to which he obliged but not without signing a fresh contract. I signed the agreement because although I was upset about the fact I had to move, it was still a nice place and kept my unit safe. Then as time passed, more and more folks began filling units (as expected) and running businesses out of these units which is no business of mine but found it becoming more and more difficult to deal with. Every time we would pick up our trailer, the guy running what looks like a mechanic shop (or i think) would have his and at times multiple vehicles parked in front of my door. At first I would ask nicely, then I would just honk the horn when I showed and he would move them. Side note: I found it a bit strange that every time I would show up, he would pack up and leave shortly after. But even after we would hook up and begin to leave the premises, we would be met with an almost comical maze game of escape dodging vehicles stretched out, people stripping appliances, and running shop forklifts blocking entire roadways. Heavy equipment has done the roads no justice either as they have become riddled with small “kiddie pool” sized pot holes. The grounds are hardly kept as grass and weeds have at times gotten almost waist high almost to the point where I was afraid to grab the bay door handle in fear of disturbing a snake or black widow spider. At the side of each building, a 30 amp breaker is shared by several units and if someone trips the breaker (the guy running a full blown mechanic shop) you have no way of accessing the breaker as they are pad locked. Calls to management to discuss my concerns have been met with an attitude and/or what I perceive as carelessness so long as the check’s in the mail. Eventually the last straw was when I tried to pick up my trailer to go on a trip with family only to find a dead trailer along with trash and debris embedded in the ground all throughout the front of my unit which I had not involvement in. I pay on time every time for security and to protect my asset. Which is why I draw the line when I have to spend $285 for a new battery and run the risk of harming my family if I were to run over debris and have a blowout down the road due the gross negligence of management and the company they keep all for the sake of a dollar! No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. A place with GOOD business practices and that VALUES their investment as OWNERS and CUSTOMER opinions.

Well I must say every since I moved in this Premium Storage this year Alyssia have been nothing but nice to me.I few months back, I had something that came up that ,that ended up making late on payment. I had a talk with Alyssia about that situation. And since I have never been late,alyssia was very understanding. I unexplained to Alyssia and to let her know.Once everything was clear. I would pay my late payments, and also pay up my storage rental for 5 months In advance.She said yes and that's just what I did.I would definitely recommend this Premium Storage.All about Communication.Thank You Premium Storage.

We had a great experience at this storage facility. Sadly we moved to different side of town reason why we left. But would definitely recommend it to anybody! 10/10
