Ms. Brenda was EXTREMELY helpful & knowledgeable in securing my storage space on today. She was very proactive in informing me of all the information I’d need while renting a space from Public Storage. Thank you very much, Ms. Brenda. Ms. Lisa was very helpful, as well, in telling the time of operation for today. I thought that Ms. Lisa was just a customer when I initially drove up to Public Storage, which the doors were locked, and she told me that the office hours weren’t until 9:30am. She was very pleasant & nice as well. Thank you so much, Ms. Lisa.🌸

Renting here has been one regret after another... Other than the security gates where you have to use the app or put your code in to get the units, it's an open door policy and anybody has access to the building, smh. The building always smells like piss amongst other things. There is never anyone available in the office regardless of what time you go. When I looked up this location it was advertised as new, but soon realized this location used to be another storage company and all they did was paint the buildings because nothing looks to be new. My first day moving in I told the manager the building smelled awful and she was polite and assured that it was temporary because they were still upgrading things and my building had not been finished... Apparently they were going to be climate controlled and the doors would require a code, etc but til this day that has not happened. I went to my unit today and found rat droppings on my items and this was my last straw... I've rented outside units in the past from other facilities and never had an issue with rats, etc. I've rented from Public Storage in the past and had an amazing experience and would still be there if I didn't need a unit closer to home. I would definitely reccommend walking the property before renting here and if you're good with the piss poor than this is the space for you!
