I purchased a storage unit at this auction, and when I arrived to pick it up, I found it open and completely empty. Everything inside had been stolen. I do not recommend doing business at this location. The lack of control and security is alarming, and the situation gives the impression of serious negligence, if not possible internal complicity. When participating in an auction, one reasonably expects that the purchased contents will be safeguarded until pickup. In this case, that did not happen. This was a total loss and an extremely negative experience.

I want a sincerely think Ms Keisha for all of her assistance she helped me beyond and made my day just when it was a horrible day. She is a very good person very good at her job. I needed someplace ASAP to accommodate my needs and she did just that. I am very happy, very pleased and if you guys value her give her a raise because she does work hard. I am absolutely thrilled that I got excellent assistance with the changes I wanted to make days after starting my rental with this Public Storage location. I try not to be difficult, but I underestimated the size storage that I needed and transferred into a larger unit. Size was perfect, but the location of the transfer unit was in a location where I can see down the actual hallway. I left a voicemail after realizing that I was unhappy and Najalie called me first thing in the morning. I was already en route to the site as she called me so she then greeted me at the door upon my arrival. I explained to her that there was nothing wrong with anything that was set up for me. I just was not too ecstatic about the location of my new unit. Najalie went above and beyond and looked up other open units with the same dimensions and took me around to each and every one of them so that I can get a feel for its physical location. After I selected The unit I was happy with she opened up the storage unit so we could doublecheck that it was cleared and reset for move-in. I definitely feel more confident in renting a storage unit at this location because of the customer service that Najalie has provided. Thank you so much for being understanding and listening to my needs upon making the necessary changes to my rental unit/account. Also, thanks for the morning chat. You definitely started my day off, right!

2/24/2026 4:00pm A lady and her large pit bull dog was camped out in the parking lot by the back sidedoor with baggage. While I entered the building the lady also entered I went up to the 3rd floor. When I came backdown I went into the men's rest room where Ai found the door open I proceed to go in but I saw baggage and bags of cloths, the same lady with the dog told me to stop because her stuff was in the men's restroom. She then goes in with the dog and locks the door. I then go to the office the door is locked lights off no sign saying officeis open or closed or out and back in 5 or 10 minutes no communication to customers as to the office operations. This is unacceptable customer service. I then leave a message. A employee calls me to argue that she was on property. I explained with no communication your customers are not aware you are on property. NO SIGNAGE YOU ON PROPERTY NO WORK HOUR TIMES NO BE RIGHT BACK...POOR MANAGEMENT AND SAFTY WITH A BARKING DOG TIED UP BY THE BUILDING UNATTENDED!!! AND POSTING UP IN THE REST ROOM
