I received an email notifying me that my storage location transferred to Public Storage. My advance payment had not been totally transferred when I checked on it. I voiced my concern to manager on duty, Danny. He listened to my concern, and took decisive action to address the situation. Within hours the issue was cleared up and my account properly updated. My experience with this property management was awesome......With all my years of having a storage with the company being frustrated with my current pricing,The Manager Ms.Kay made a frustrating situation very easy to manage.She was patient,informative,very considerate,and extremely polite....I also took a sneak peak at the property it was well kept ,and clean.I definitely recommend this public storage location,so if you're looking to rent a storage unit with no underlined issues this the place to go.I can't wait to move to this location.This location has a great leader,with that kind of leadership the rest of the staff should follow suit.
