This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ended my storage contract through the app and dropped the key in their drop box since no one was on-site at the time. Despite doing everything correctly, the facility kept charging me month after month — even though the unit was completely empty. The bill eventually grew to over $400, and they reported me to collections. I even told them they could break the lock if needed to confirm it was empty, but instead of resolving the issue, they chose to keep billing me unfairly. This was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest.

I dread coming to this location,not only is it filthy. The bathroom are always nasty. It smells like a bran. I have really bad allergies and I’m always sneezing uncontrollably. The property manager act like she doesn’t want to manage, looks like she just rolled up out of bed and came to work, The property also could use a good trash pick up, I paid for my mother storage. She lives with me, but after coming in looking at the property, I will be changing to a different storage. Hopefully the next one has better customer service and it’s very clean.

Gabrielle did a great job communicating and helping with find a secure spot for my trailer outside. Great energy and customer service. 10/10 deserves a promotion
