I had a great experience with this Public Storage location thanks to Tee. She is genuinely kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Every time I spoke with her, she treated me with respect and made sure I understood everything clearly. She went above and beyond to help me and made a stressful situation feel so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares the way she does. Public Storage is blessed to have her. I highly recommend asking for Tee if you get the chance!

Attempted to contact act someone in the office at 11:22 am and no one present nor did anyone return my phone message. Unit had an orange tab on it not allowing me to open it. Finally in late afternoon I cut it off so I could move things into the unit. Unit was good an clean. Service is lacking.

They will send you texts and emails all day long until you want to move out then they will hide the proper move out procedure. I had to hunt for how to move out and I saw move out date on the app so I filled it in. Took all my stuff and moved out. My lock was gone they had replaced it since I did not buy it I left it. Come to find out since I left the lock they did not know I moved out even though I put it on the App. They are trying to charge me an extra month rent and since I am an adult I am going to pay it but it is total BS. I had the worst experience at this storage from the constant annoying emails to them jacking the rates up then finally this. Will never use Public Storage again.

Great help here.. nice security also Very large 12 X 36 is one whole bay 2 doors. Held my 3 bedroom 3200 soft house
