Waiting in the office, I had the opportunity to observe Kaitlin responding to several people's phone calls regarding problems they were having with their unit or their bills. It was obvious she was very knowledgeable about everything concerning public storage and extremely helpful and polite with every person.

Came to this location to close out my wife account and open another one in my name. Man when I say Sharieka is the most respectful young lady I have ever met. She literally will sit and listen to your problems and talk about the storage at the same time. She is the best manager I have came across at this location. Way to go girl

Rats rats and more rats are in the units my items are totally destroyed and it is very unsanitary. Be advised that your Insurence only covers $250.00 of damage due to rodents. Management stated he would get a flashlight and help. Rats carry plague and it’s is highly contagious and also Hantavirus. In prior review it is mentioned. There were no calls to customers warning about the issue. This is gross negligence on the companies part. I will be reporting this place to health department due to unsafe conditions. This needs to be Investigated by proper authorities. See pictures for company response.
