I was very pleasantly surprised by this U-Haul location. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but the service here was on a whole different level. Right as I walked in, I was greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk — extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and did it with a real smile, not just because she had to. The facility and especially the trucks were spotless — clean and well-maintained, which is not something you always see. You can tell they really care about keeping everything in order. Overall, I left with a very positive impression. Very friendly service, a very sweet woman at the reception, clean trucks — everything together made my experience with U-Haul absolutely great. I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. Thank you for such excellent service!

We really want to show our thanks for an amazing experience with Dee from Keller. We came in close to closing time needing a large moving van and a vehicle dolly. Dee patiently walked us thru the process getting the vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of. Due to an error on our part, we were unable to use the vehicle dolly and Dee was more than happy to redo our contract to ensure our needs were met. Dee stayed past closing time and really wanted to make sure we would be ok to continue our trip. She really was our angel and salvaged our trip by providing excellent customer service!
