I had a wonderful sign in experience with the property manager Freddy. His friendly and dedicated personality although very professional, really made me feel at home in this whole process of signing in. If asked, I would immediately recommend this facility. As we know, Human are being taken out of the picture because of technology Which is a mistake. With the human interaction and some brains, you can have all your questions answered by a human and direct to the point. And that is where Freddy was excellent. He was concerned and dedicated to the business making me, the customer, feel at 'home'. After all, our belongs are there. Congratulations for the spectacular services provided by this manager on duty.

Every time I come here the staff is always very professional and in some some cases, very patient with tenants as I’ve witnessed! Freddy is usually always on site as a Property Manager and takes care of any task that he needs to take part in as assisting us vendors! The place is huge and has both indoor and outdoor units as well as plenty of parking. Not to mention, the place is always clean. 👍🏼

I had the pleasure to meet Freddy today at the Riverside location. I have had my unit for several months and had some questions. He was able to get me taken care and sggested some different rental options. I would recomend this place if you are needing to store any of your things.
