My niece currently rents from this location and she told me how great the customer service is she said that Amanda goes over and beyond to help her customers and that she is knowledgeable you really can’t find customer service like that any more with that being said I am moving closer to my niece and this storage is not that far away.I will be stopping by to look at storages and hopefully I can meet Amanda. Great customer service is hard to find these days.

Best Customer Service Ever! I have never been to a place where the worker looks like they enjoy being at work and they are knowledgeable! Amanda has such a smile on her face that is inviting I felt like I was chit chatting with a friend and not a person I have never met. Amanda helped me decide what size storage I would need by telling her that I had just moved from California and had some decorations that I needed to store since I will be using only during the holidays. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks about renting a storage unit! Amanda definitely deserves a raise or a promotion it so great to have people who genuinely care!
