Don’t rent here or with this company. They are unethical and will scam you. I rented an interior, climate controlled unit for over a year. I came back to plastic being melted all over my things and almost every item in my unit damaged due to heat. When I brought this up to the front desk, they stated that no one else has had an issue, taking no accountability. I was gone for over a year, there are no outlets in the unit, and it could have been nothing aside from excess heat damage and the product not being as described. Absolutely no “climate control”. Also, upon renting they increased the price of my unit significantly at random because it’s a month to month contract. I had to call and negotiate to get it back down to a somewhat reasonable price. Their staff is completely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service. Do not rent here unless you want to be scammed and have all of your items damaged.

This location is in there own world .. the short tiny lady that runs the place lives out front on location of the facility,. Can’t physically do her job due to her stature… the Hispanic assistant to the mgr.. is absolutely the rudest most ignorant helper period.. she’s rude to everyone always talking shit under her breath about people and being completely disrespectful to everybody while both ladies look to be selling prescription pain medicine from the mgrs apt in front.. they don’t do there job right.. there’s no one available if u have an emergency like trying to secure ur unit door because they all keep snapping off the cable and falling on me .. looks like the tiny lady’s son is supposed to be there’ maintenance but is always gone.. I believe he picks the pills up for the 2 girls…they acted like I did something to the unit.. rediculous.. I’ve already contacted there supervisor Carmen.. and a full investigation is promised.. hope she keeps her word

Getting the storage and payment online was very easy. The only thing was I was assigned to a unit that is being occupied by another client. But when I called the help line it was taken care of and I was assigned to another unit

we have had 2 units for almost 4 years. in the past 5 months our rates have went up by over 75 per unit per month. After going in to discuss we were told they don't control pricing and to call corporate. Called corporate to be told that a district manage would have to call me. It would take 2 to 3 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. They are renting the same size units for less then half of what we are paying. They don't care about there long term clients.
