The Best in town!!! This facility is clean, and the customer service is top notch. Let me tell you why…Mr. Jesron went above and beyond, he was attentive while listening to my storage needs. He checked my address and found a storage closet to my home, and he saved me money $$$. I call that a win 🥇. I trust that the facility I’m going to is keeping up with the Public Storage brand. They increased my rate twice within 1 year without informing me beforehand each time. I am now paying double the rate I was given for a poxy box with no climate control, a light that doesn’t work, wasp nests, spider webs literally everywhere, and mice droppings on top of most of the boxes. They will absolutely price gouge if you use them. Their business model is trash, as is the company itself. Nobody is ever in the office so good luck with customer service. I emptied my storage today and it feels good. Will never use again, will always recommend to burn your belongings before using Public Storage.

UPDATE. I finally got a call from public storage and the person that called was very helpful. I will be going in personally to see what we can do to fix what occured. He was understanding and I hope to at least fix some of what has happened. It seems it was not Public Storage that added the insert repellent to my boxes. Maybe some in the storage unit near my area did something and it went into my area within our storage unit. I hope that we are able to at least get some help with the cost of our beautiful trees and decorations. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT IF YOU NEED HELP YOU WILL NOT GET ANYONE TO TALK TO. I would have put a zero here but I would not have been able to leave this comment. I am so upset. I am not going to go into why and what happened to my Christmas stuff... Wait... I am going to tell everyone here that reads this what happened and why I am so upset. I feel SICK!! We purchased new trees last year along with some other things and when we brought those boxes home it STINKS!!!! STINKS!!!!! OUR TREES OUR GONE!!! SOME OF OUR STUFF IS NOW RUIN!!!!!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED!!! WAS THEIR SOMEONE THAT SPRAYED IN OUR STORAGE UNIT?? WHY DOES IT SMELL?? WHY DOES OUR STUFF SMELL AND MAKES US SICK???? WE HAVE LOST OUR CHRISTMAS TREES!!!! WE HAVE LOST OUR CHRISTMAS WREATHS!!!!! OUR ORNAMENTS!!! Who knows what else????? We have to spend our time now to go and check everything in our unit Oh I sell in eBay! The jewelry boxes that I had in there guess what!! THEY SMELL!!!! I HAVE LOST SO MUCH!!!! are you guys ready for the best part of all?? I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!!!!! I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO THEM!!!!!! There is no one to talk to !!!!!
