I had an excellent experience at Public Storage, and I especially want to recognize Pradeep for providing truly outstanding customer service during a very stressful moving day. I was coming in from another city about an hour and a half away. After getting everything packed, loaded into the U-Haul, and finally arriving at the storage unit, I realized that all of the keys to my unit were accidentally left in my car at the U-Haul pickup location. Since Public Storage cannot legally keep a copy of your unit key, I was suddenly stuck in a difficult situation. By that time, it was also getting close to rush hour traffic, and the thought of driving all the way back to retrieve my keys and then returning again felt overwhelming. What meant so much to me was how understanding and helpful Pradeep was. He allowed me to safely leave my belongings at the facility while I went back to get my car and the keys. That small act of kindness made a huge difference, especially because driving the U-Haul back and forth would have cost extra money since U-Haul charges by the mile. Moving when you’re on a limited budget is already tough, and his flexibility truly helped relieve a lot of stress. In addition, the facility was very clean and well-maintained, even though it was a busy day with several customers moving in and out. While carts were limited during that high-traffic moment, I’ve noticed that during normal visits there are usually carts available and the property stays organized. Overall, this Public Storage location offers excellent customer service, a clean environment, and staff who genuinely care about helping customers. I highly recommend this facility, especially because of the exceptional support from Pradeep.

If I could leave 0 stars - I would. Customer service is non-existent. They are not open for customers during “office hours,” they will not return calls when messages are left during office hours on any day of the week, and they never answer the phone. I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Got an email that they are raising my rent by $50 a month out of nowhere!!! WHAT! Tried to call several times and no one would answer! FYI all the 5 star reviews are because the salesperson will guilt and pressure you into doing it on the spot. They got me to do it too but just deleted and replaced with this one. They failed to mention they will raise my rent in 6 months when they were asking for my good review!

I came in today to set up my storage unit and was initially disappointed with the space I was assigned. Jonathan went above and beyond to find me a closer, more convenient unit. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated!

Refuse to offer anything other than month to month. Had my bill go from $92 to $115 to $155 and finally $200. All within six months. When I called to see if their was a long term contract I was told there is nothing they can do and they can change the amount based on the "market rate" every month.
