They do not inform you of problems!
We visited our climate controlled storage unit to find it was way hotter than the non climate controlled units. When we inquired at the office we were told the A/C was broken. We asked why the tenants were not informed, and we were told management felt it was unnecessary. At the time we visited the A/C had been broken for 1 and ½ months and the parts were on back order with no estimated repair date! Its now been 2 months and not only did they not inform the tenants but they continued to collect the steep additional premium for climate control from all of the tenants! This is pure fraud! We brought it up many times with the building manager who was supposed to talk to the regional manager to get us a credit, but it has been a month now with no credit and no response regarding the credit despite numerous inquires and emails! This is seriously unprofessional and disturbing!
