I’m a current customer at this location . I’m impressed with how clean the property is Joyce the manager there is such a joy and always keeps the property in tip top shape . I feel very relieved having my things stored here . It shows that the manager cares for her customers as it’s always so clean out on property and the storage spaces are so shiny. Thanks Joyce for caring for your customers you give great service . I highly recommend this storage .

This is my first time using a storage company and Angela and Joyce made this very easy and painless. I was able to speak with a "human" when I called. When I did leave a message with a question I got a return call back very quickly! They were friendly, professional and very helpful. When we got to the unit on our move in day it was spotless! I am pleased with our decision to choose Public Storage on Custer in Prosper!

If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. JOYCE, thats all you have to say! Working with her has been a blessing we were short on time and needed to get a unit quickly that could accommodate all our things and she worked her magic and found a unit large enough for our furniture. She went above and beyond if it wasn't for her proactive problem solving and compassion we would have lost all of our possessions no doubt. Was shopping around for storage spaces and spoke with Joyce and was asking about spaces and prices . And Joyce was asking me what I was storing and I told her and she suggested a 10×20 for me . It was nice to have some one look out for me and help me figure out the size it would take for my storage needs ,she was very informative and showed concern for my needs .
