Well the paper work peocess is always the hardest besides the actual moving of stuff, however the excellant staff (Lori) made this very easy. She explained everything and walked me through the process of setting up my account and auto pay. She informed of thier current specials which saved me some money too, didnt exspect that and I found that very helpfyul. That was the easy part, now all i have to do is move my stuff. Highly recomend My Garage Self Storage.

The manager is awesome, she is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. She has figured it out, what so many now have forgotten. It cost nothing to be kind, she is that for sure. Customer service is a lost art, but she continues to be great. I have rented storage buildings in many towns, but this facility is very clean and secure. They also have an insurance available with each unit, I think that’s a good thing. Anyway I really I’m happy with my choice of storage facilities I have chosen.

My Garage has exceeded my expectations from the moment I called to inquire, to my move-in experience and customer service. The site manager Lori gave us a warm greeting when we arrived to look at a unit, and she knew my name from my previous phone call. She took the time to understand my storage needs and found just the right unit for me. The facility was clean & well maintained, and the virtual sign up process was seamless.
