Greg PadgittAwesome CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON A SNOW DAY, I wasn't turned away because of my skin tone. Olga was a ROCK STAR! Showed up and saw her mopping the floors so patrons wouldn't slip or fall, and I was walked through and shown a space that was very clean and well kept. NOT 1 SPACE, BUT 2. She instantly won my business with her willingness to go the extra mile! ***I EVEN WENT TO A COMPETITOR, JUST TO SEE ....WRONG!!!!! I had to stand outside in 31 degrees at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, WAITING ON A QUOTE. Apparently I couldn't come inside because THEY WERE "REMODELING " THEIR STAFF LOOKED WARM AND COZY INSIDE AS I STOOD BY THE SNOWCONE SIDE WINDOW...FREEZING, WAITING ON A RESERVATION I MADE DAYS AGO. NO WAY YOU GET MY MONEY. BACK TO OLGA!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL SPECIAL.
