My experience using this storage was good. There are a few things they can improve like the number one being the elevators. When we would come the elevators were hit or miss sometimes they would work and other time only one side was working. This made it tremendously inconvenient for us when the elevators on the side of our storage was out of service. Secondly, becasue it is a multiple stories storage you will need a platform cart and most often than not people would use even two at the time leaving me to move stuff by hand, having to use the elevators to make multiple trips. In terms of cleanliness and saftey and security they are top notch! Their customer service was great and they do offer military discount. The reason we had to cancel is due to their fees going up. Otherwise, we would of continued using this storage facility.

The facility itself is nice but i still unfortunately would not recommend. After renting for about 3 months they come back and raise the rent and not by a little either! I was paying about $85 and now it is at $141.00. More than my monthly car insurance bill or water bill. Also they never and I mean never answer any phone calls. I have called on about 20 separate occasions to ask and get information about my rental or issues in the app and I have never actually been able to speak to anyone. I always have to call the 1-800 number.

I do love the facility, but I hate that every couple months they want to raise the rent Doesn’t make sense why they would want to lose a customer and money every month instead of just lowering it back to what it was or to a better value started at $60. Now they have me at 90. Just wish that they would work with you. so you don’t have to move all your stuff out.

Last minute I decided that my belongings that were being delivered from Atlanta needed to be put in storage due to having little space in my apartment. I went online around 2am and found exactly what’s I needed with no trouble reserving. I had called to find out if a rig would be able to access the property and Eli was able to answer my questions with no problems. confidence. The movers arrived before I did and Eli was helpful to get them familiarized with the parking, access to until and necessities that they had to offer . Everything is online as far as reservations, getting signed up, payment, etc. I didn’t go that route because I prefer to have an overview of what I am signing and paying for. Eli was very thorough. Step by step he went over everything and answered my 1,000 questions with no hesitation. He was also calm and patient as my 2 year old was active (very) during the agreement process. The move in was very pleasant for the movers, the customer service to everyone involved was very professional. Storage was very clean unit and also had a welcome baggy with lock and then some. The best part was how easy I could access my indoor climate controlled unit and how convenient it is located near my residence. Kudos! Keep up the awesome job and the assurance that I was with a trusted team and in good hands during our stay:)
