This is a very clean and well run storage facility. The employees are very responsive. They reached out to me on two occasion's to let me know I had not locked my unit correctly. I was impressed that someone was walking the property regularly checking the units. When I need another storage unit I will definitely go to Public Storage first!

Do not trust your items here!! The have bait and switch pricing, they will avoid any help and the are not responsive forcing you to spend hours trying to get help from corporate. To get through to a operator you will need to call from a different number then request sales and then have them transfer you to customer service. They will redirect you to the local manger which will put you on the same endless nightmare. This place is being run by people you don't care. If they don't care about doing right business they will certainly not care about your items. As of today there have reports of theft and multiple break ins. I agree if they don[[t trap you by monthly pricing increases they will just disappear. Apparently the cameras don't seem to work or or unable to provide criminal activity documentation. BEWARE!! I thought they were nice to, it is just a mask!!!

I’ve had this storage now for about 6 months now and it’s been a perfect solution for me. Mya is the most helpful and professional employee and has made my experience here no doubt the best. This facility is kept very clean, safe and easily accessible. Thanks!!
