🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I deeply regret using THIS LOCATION storage facility. My unit was severely affected by a rat infestation that management admitted had been ongoing for more than a month inside the climate control building, yet I was never notified. Because of this negligence, many of my belongings, including new furniture, were ruined and left with a strong odor that cannot be removed and rat feces all over the things making them unuseful. They even placed rat poison in my unit without informing me, and one of the rats ended up dead with worms inside my unit. Despite the fact that the smell was strong and obvious throughout the climate-controlled building as soon as you opened the door, I was never contacted or warned. I trusted this company to safeguard my property, but instead I experienced a complete failure of duty and care. They did allow me to file a claim, but I am still waiting to hear back. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this facility to anyone. *Will update when I hear back.*

Jana was incredibly helpful. After I made a 19 hr drive, she made sure everything went well. I've rented several storage spaces over the years, all what you'd expect, but this was an exceptional experience!
