I rented four storage units at different times. On each occasion the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful. She was able to locate two units close to the first unit that I rented (all on the first floor). She also helped me rent the fourth unit and it was very close to the front on the same floor. She was pleasant and knowledgeable -- all good. I was previously at a different storage facility and they were much more expensive and the parking was an issue so I switched to your facility..

The folks there made the rental process very easy. They were great! The District Manager even made time to clear up a discrepancy. The promotional move in rate in uncomoarable and the major selling point, to include the monthly rental rate. I have read reviews about Public Storage jacking up rates after you move in thoush, which leaves me a bit skeptical about the overall satisfa tion, at this time. I would have rated them five stars if they could gurantee the monthly rate for an extended period of time, which they don't. All-in-all...not so bad, thus far.
