I have been a customer (along with my mother) for 10+ years, and since Jesse has been manager, there have been GREAT IMPROVEMENTS in the cleanliness and how secure the property is. Jesse is very professional and has shown to take great pride in assisting customers in a timely manner, he is very informative and always willing to help when he can. THANK YOU JESSE for all you do.

September 27, 2024. My name is Ken and I've been a customer of u store- it for at least 4 1/2 years. First of all Jessie the manger is the best. He'll bend over backwards to help , the the facility is very clean always orderly never trashy. I checked other storage facilities but this is down the best and the price is outstanding considerably less than everyone else and the service is better I'll never go anywhere else I recommend anyone to rent from them.

Jessie was incredible. He showed me the different units and even helped me when my lock got stuck on the weekend when he was off duty. I don’t have to worry about my things knowing he’s there, and the security features in place as well. I got a great deal on my unit and he worked with me on my insurance coverage. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this storage facility if you are in need of a safe friendly environment to store your items.

Things have certainly improved since Jesse has taken over as manager. He is polite, professional and so helpful. I had to get a second unit and couldn't have asked for better assistance. The facility is better maintained and the office has easier access. I very much appreciate Jesse's friendly, positive attitude when I go in.
