Since Public Storage bought this business all they have done is raised the monthly fee without any increase in value. They took away the military discount and raised the monthly price over $100/month. Time for a new storage unit in another business.

I had a great experience here! The atmosphere was on point; relaxed, welcoming, and just the kind of vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Tierra made sure everything went smoothly with top-notch service, and Roxie… well, let’s just say she added that extra spark to the whole experience. Professional, friendly, and definitely someone who knows how to make a customer feel looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Well I'd like share my thoughts about Roxie, the kindest person very knowledgeable, helped me through the rental process answered all my questions was very patient with me because I ask tons of questions. Lol. All in all the experience was kinda perfect and Roxie is the reason I made the commitment. She is an asset to this location (141 blackchamp Rd) public storage.
