This facility was very clean and the customer service person was very friendly and very helpful. I would often see her walking around to make sure the units were safe and saw her sweeping and keeping the available units clean and the hallways for the indoor storage clean as well. I felt safe when I would need to go and get or take things to my unit.

The young lady at the front desk seemed to know her job and did it well. We were in, out and ready to go in minutes. The facility, including our unit was prepared and clean upon entry. Good first impression on their part.

Cleaner, well-maintained units. On site customer Support was nice. Only drawback was the most rapid price increases compared to other units I used.

The service was very uncomfortable, the girl helped me because it was her job but I felt that she was very distant, she never gave me instructions on how to enter the property, I did it alone, then she did not activate the access code, I was with my baby and she could not even help me open the door, the FedEx helped me open the door with my stroller, I went, she gave me the unit and I did not know how to open it, I called her and she told me that she would go help me which she never did, I stood there for a long time I had to go to the office again I told her, she made a bad gesture for asking for help, she went with me being in the unit, she opened the door, annoyed she told me how to use the key as if I did not know how to do it, I felt as if she saw me as if I were an idiot, the truth is a very bad experience, I should cancel the rental of the unit but they do not return the money, I would not like to have attention from her again because I know that after this review she will be much ruder, I know that she could see me from the storage cameras the time I was with the stroller Waiting for her to come and she never arrived. If you can see the cameras, you would verify what I said.

Needed to move some things around on short notice and thankfully this place was right in my neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and attentive which made the whole process more pleasant and comfortable than I could’ve expected. My unit was easy to get to, big enough for all my things and CLEAN. A perfect experience overall, and they had everything all set up and accessible in just a few minutes.
