This storage facility is conveniently located in Alexandria and easily accessible. This facility is very clean, well-lit and offers a lot of options in terms of storage sizes. The manager Rosa Maria was very helpful and communicated clearly all the pricing and options. I was very happy with the services that she provided and I Highly recommend this place.

Just needed a lock and everyone was super helpful and friendly. They had other storage supplies which I loved. The kind gentleman training, I didn’t catch his name, but he showed me out the lock worked because I’d never used a cylinder lock before. Will definitely go back for any storage needs I might have.

I rented this space and paid in advance for a year to keep my rate from increasing. I didn’t actually use the space so when I cancelled it and asked for a refund for the remaining time left on my contract, Marcus very efficiently made it happen. No questions asked! I’ve had a much better experience recently at this Extra Space Storage location. Marcus and Rosa were confident, friendly, and very helpful. They checked in to see if my movers and I needed anything, helped with the elevator, explained everything clearly, and made the move feel supported instead of stressful. Customer service from them was excellent. One note for corporate: the freight elevator is quite old and very slow, which can make moves more difficult and time-consuming. Improving this would really enhance the overall experience.
