I was working at storage wars last night with my uncle. It appeared to be a wonderful unit located here, at Extra Space Storage. The particular unit up for auction at this point was a 5x30 at this facility. And having won the auction for that particular unit we headed out to collect our treasures. First coming into the facility it seems a bit confusing cuz GPS wants to bring in one way and there's several ways in. The property is very clean no debris blowing around grasswell maintained, and the overall look of the facility is one of being well maintained. The overall layout to ensure the proper flow of excessive rainfall is diverted away from the facility. Fire extinguishers are placed throughout the facility in the gates remain locked unless you have a pass. Diana the manager assisted me with the purchase of my origin from producing the winning bid. She was very helpful and insightful. Thank you Diana for your assistance. You helped my uncle and myself with that trailer unit. 10/12: I'm in need of dmv form vsa-40 to be completed per the DMV in order for me to be able to title this trailer. I've been unable to find the VIN number on the trailer itself. The trailer did have a Virginia license plate on it license number: VIRGINIA 523-___ PERMANENT TRAILER Filled out my portion of the form but am in need of email to forward it.

Just rented my second unit at Extra space storage. The store manager at the LaSalle ave facility Donna McGhee walked me through the entire process. She is so friendly I ended up chatting with her for half an hour as she prepared my contract. I strongly recommend this facility and I truly appreciate Donna.

I have had a couple issues with the property manager. She does not like to hear you out and will over talk you. I can say she lacks customer service all the way around. I have had an issue where I was locked in their stairwell, couldn’t access my unit, instead of her being empathetic or acting as if she would understand why I would be upset, she treated me terribly. She made it seem like I didn’t know my access code or what I was talking about, or as if I knew the elevator was on a 19 second timer. She never heard me out and continued to cut me off. This is not the first conversation that I’ve had with her, it’s always the same interaction. It’s shocking to see all these five star reviews and have never been provided with a five star experience.
