I would recommend this location to anyone I had my things in storage for months and Everytime I needed assistance Brittany was very helpful. I had issues opening my storage a few times she came out and showed me how to do it. Brittany is Awesome

I called several storage companies in Fairfax County and Public Storage on Herndon Parkway by far exceeded my expectations. Brittany, the manager, followed up immediately and provided pricing, unit size and all information I needed. When I arrived at the property, she had all paperwork ready. She reviewed everything thoroughly and then took me to the unit. It was a perfect size and location for me. The price was the best compared to all other companies I called in the area. Brittany's professionalism, follow up and customer service skills are excellent. I'm very pleased with this location of Public Storage!
