I rented a unit here for about 6 months everything was fine except for the significant price increase after 3 months I decided to switch units. I called and requested that my contract end, made the final payment and thought all was fine. I'm very frustrated because I keep getting a notification that tells me that my bill is due and I've been moved out since November 30th 2025. When you call the phone number it's an automated system that always ends with you needing to leave a voicemail. I've left over 5 voicemails and no one has called me back to confirm that they checked the unit or closed out my account. Its sad I have to post a review in hopes of a response but customers shouldn't have to deal with this and at least I can give warning for others to be on top of things. I shouldn't have to worry about going to collections for a storage unit I'm no longer using. So no don't recommend public storage at all.

I reserved a unit for October 4th , but called to cancel on the 3rd. The manager forgot to cancel the reservation and I was charged with a full month and a small prorate . I called on the 11th and the gentlemen told me it wasn't vacated I called again today and got what i think is the same manager which told me i should here something in the next 48 hours. She was very disorganized and i could hear a young child in the background screaming . Very Unprofessional . She immediately hung the phone up on me . I'm not confident that i will see anything become of this . If anything i should get a admin fee, but please Public Storage ,don't pay this manager for the mistake on their part. Update : Vanessa the regional manager for Public Storage contacted me and assured me that I would receive the $ i was charged back. That is great customer service. Thank you Vanessa and Public Storage for restoring my faith in your business. I am sure to be using your service again in the future. 🙂

I made my reservation on the app and when I went in for move in day there was lots of mice dropping and mold on the door. Very unacceptable conditions. They were fine with me cancelling the reservation but wasn’t refunded the admin fee. Update: The district manager reached out had excellent customer service and corrected the situation.

I have been renting space at this location for over 2 years and never needed to stop by the front office until recently. Veronica was so understanding and professional. Update: I finally had to finally give up my storage unit. On one of my last trips to Goodwill, I got to see Veronica and say goodbye. This woman is so professional and welcoming. I'm glad I got the chance to thank her properly.

I’ve been using this storage since ‘22 and it had been a moment since reentering. I was having some challenges attempting to use the the front gate to enter the property and I was able to speak with the property manager that was present; she was able to assist with addressing payment processing issues I was seeing on my app and help me get my gate code reset properly so I had access. I was happy to find Veronica on the property when I had as it was an easy experience speaking in person to someone helpful rather than a customer service line.
