I would give zero stars if I could. This storage facility is INFESTED with rats and covered in mold, and management is fully aware of it. When I accessed my unit, my belongings were damaged by rat droppings, chewed items, and mold growing all over my property. Items I trusted them to keep safe are now ruined. What makes this even worse is that this is NOT a surprise to them. There are rat traps placed all over the property, which clearly shows they KNOW they have an ongoing rodent problem and continue to rent units anyway without properly fixing it or warning customers. I trusted this location while I was out of the area, only to come back to this nightmare. I paid month after month expecting my belongings to be secure, not destroyed by rodents and moisture. If you value your belongings, DO NOT STORE THEM HERE. You’re paying to have your items destroyed while management looks the other way. This is unsanitary, negligent, and completely unacceptable. I regret ever trusting this place and will be warning everyone I know to stay far away.

Shay is the manager at the Elm St. location, and I can’t begin to express my appreciation for all she does. The units are well maintained and the premises are always clean and well protected. If you are looking for the best self storage facility in Portsmouth, this is it!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SOMETHING ALWAYS GOING ON AT THEIR. YOUR STORAGE UNIT IS NOT SAFE AT ALL. TALKING ABOUT THE RATS VANDALISM. THEY DONT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS TO RECORD WHEN THEM STORAGE UNITS BE GETTING BROKEN INTO. I REMEMBER WHEN I HAD MY STORAGE UNIT AT AAA STORAGE I SEEN WHERE PEOPLES STUFF REALLY GOTTEN DESTROYED. MAKE SURE IF YOU USE THIS DISGUSTING STORAGE UNIT MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR HOME INSURANCE OR RENTAL INSURANCE HERE. TRUST ME YOU Going TO NEED IT
