In addition to this place being clean, safe and convenient, Ethan and Lynn have been a Godsend. Dealing with the death of my mom, and an unexpected move while trying to maintain my bills and the storage bill was a lot, but they have worked with me and accommodated me in a way that took a lot off of my plate. They didn’t break any rules, of course, but it was their patience, courtesy and sensitivity to what I was going through that made a huge difference. I’m very grateful to them. GM was on point, presenting herself, her business, and her process in a very professional and customer-service-oriented manner. The building is new, clean, and offers many storage options with an online portal that suits my account needs. The only thing to add is that there is a single entrance and exit, which is good for security. However, the entrance immediately has a small hill that leads directly to the building's unloading entrance. It is a small concern with winter weather, and personal items could easily roll downwards. I would have liked the building to sit back a bit more on a longer level surface. But it is what it is, and for the most part, an excellent spot. Location: Portsmouth, VA.
