The property manager (Stephanie) at the location on Lynnhaven Road was wonderful. She helped me find the correct unit and took time to explain all the options to me. The location is clean and temperature controlled. However, the location is not staffed all day: It is staffed a few hours daily, and the hours of staffing are not available to the public. Highly recommend the hours the office is open be made public, either on the website or by calling.

My price went up from $179 to $230 less then 6 months, honestly it’s always a scam with public storage only use it for a short time if you can. I brought my movers and my gate code didn’t work. Just a money grab. If you’re in Norfolk try storage king or jack rabbit. Stay away from all, any, public storage for long term use. They will respond with “we will work to improve” and “I’m sorry about your experience” no they are not. This is a corporation. Just rent local.
