Got one of their outside units and enjoy it a lot! Easy to park right next to the unit, with plenty of space to load and unload. While it is a bit more expensive than some other options, the convenience and overall experience make it worth it. Mylia is super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

The unit and Public Storage processes have been great, a real pleasant surprise. Above all, Mylia was the best part of our signing up as she proactively called me to see if she could help me pick my storage unit and took care of a lot of red tape to save me time. This is hands down the best storage facility I’ve used. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to help. The entire storage is clean, organized, and well maintained, and the location feels safe and secure. I’ve used five or more storage facilities in the past, and this one has easily been the most pleasant experience. Highly recommended!!

Malia, the current manager, should be the "manager of the year." She helped us find another locker promptly, and was able to save us a couple of months rent when we vacated the old locker which no longer met our needs. She was personable and efficient.
