ELEVATOR DOESNT WORK
I moved my things into my storage unit on Saturday, February 1st, and the elevator DIDNT WORK. It made moving everything significantly harder and honestly made me reconsider even having a storage unit. This needs to be fixed asap. I canﾃｒ竄ｬ邃ｒt move furniture upstairs by myself.

Best place in the area for long term storage
Ken at the Kirkland Public Storage was very knowledgeable about the storage units, insurance and all topics that were of concern to me. I rented a space and plan on a long term storage relationship with that facility. I had visited other locations of Public Storage and found Ken to be the most personable and knowledgeable, which made my decision for me. Thanks

Decent
Decent. A little outdated and costly, even at the discounted price, but that's the way of things around this region, I suppose. Just feels like 1985 has rolled back around, but has lost some of its shine. Not likely to find an equal or better option for less in the area, however. Good selection of units. Seems safe enough. Nice staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly.
