I haven't even been there for a month yet but so far it's alright. I found a good deal on a much bigger unit so that's awesome!! I have yet to see or even talk to an actual person but I haven't really needed to either. They are 100x better than secure storage. Nothing to fancy but I don't need it to be. It's not dirty or anything. The 1 issue that I have though is that I havent been able to find a restroom anywhere. So far nothing has changed. I'm still happy with the place however I had a big red flag come up and that is...I downloaded the app which makes entering and exiting sooo easy I love that part BUT there is a spot that tries to bribe/convince you to set up auto-pay and it says if you do, you get entered in to their monthly drawing for like $1000 each month . So I clicked on "learn more" and while reading the small print, this sweepstakes was over in June2024!! That was their last drawing! So I'm sorry instead of giving another star like the lady had asked for, I had to remove a star because trust is super important to me

It was one of the roughest couple days I've had in a long time. By the time I got to the storage facility I was running on fumes and ready to throw the towel in. The front counter lady Lori was so wonderful. Very pleasant, kind and helpful. I can't tell you how much I needed that energy. It made all the difference . 🙏

I’ve been renting with Lori for 2 and a half years and I can’t say enough good things about her and this location specifically. I have rented other storage before and this one beats the competition. My time here is done now but great place and will come back if need storage again

I have been here since 1995 and have always had incredible service and no problems. I have had many units of all sizes and Lori has helped me with almost all of them over the yrs. Still here just thought I’d leave a review.

drive the uhaul here and start your life over. The rent is average and the units smell a little musty, but after they make you pay for insurance you have that piece of mind. It's easy to get in and out of, the place feels safe and secure. Rent is like 90 a month for a good sized unit.
