The renting process is seamless! The team is very easy to work with, I was able to secure my storage after hours and gain 24-hour access with a small fee. When I got there, my unit was very tidy and ready to go. The unit even comes with a lock, also for a small fee. Although I had to fix the door a little bit to fully secure it, I can say with confidence that it was overall a very pleasing experience.

Kiosk was not working properly when I showed up to rent the unit. I had prepaid online. I was told after being transferred to 7 agents in the kiosk that their cameras weren't working so they weren't able to authenticate me or check me in so they would refund and cancel the reservation. They never did! Instead my card was charged 3 times after being assured I would receive a refund and cancellation. That was the beginning of the problems. They never refunded me even though I never stepped foot on the property I never entered the gate I never entered the unit and they kept assuring me that they would refund me now it's 3 months later and I've been charged for 3 months. I have left probably about 15 voicemails on the managers line and I've called customer service only to be waiting for their reply and the call disconnecting. So now I've been charged 3 months for absolutely nothing. They keep passing me off to other people or assuring me that they'll give me a refund and that never happens.

This place isn't even staffed by an actual present person, only by video prompt & their customer service is beyond poor at best. The unit itself was extremely unsecured feeling, as the doors and walls were made with plywood and 2×4s only. A few items inside of the unit were also wet, as was one walls when touched inside of the unit. There wasnt even a security camera inside the hallway where the unit was located. Very sketchy place if you ask me, do not recommend renting storage here at all.

Josh and Ray were amazing! I broke my key in the lock, and Josh came down and saw it off for me. He was like an angel when he told me he could help me with the lock!! I am very grateful for their work and really appreciate the fast and efficient work they did. They deserve a raise.!!!

If it’s cold outside make sure to drive there and check if the gates working before you load up your whole truck with stuff. Gate freezes and you can’t access your unit.
