This facility has had several break-ins in the past year. One of our units was gone through and the lock was still locked on the door. This is a lock the company gave out when units were broken into a year prior... use your own locks! It used to have security cameras and personnel monitoring during business hours with the ability to review later. Now they have 0 on site personnel and have removed the security cameras from the facility. This also used to be Climate Controlled but has not had working AC for months and they have suffered floods in the lower part of the facility. This place is not safe to store your items.

On April 22, 2022 I made a storage unit reservation so my son did not have to move his things home for two weeks. I have received numerous emails reminded is that May 2nd is move in day. Now when he calls them to set up a time to move in they said they didn't have any units. I have tried to call but I keep getting a voicemail telling me to leave my name and number and they will get back to me. This is NOT good customer service at all. The whole reason I made the reservation is because we live about 3 hours away and to bring his stuff home for two weeks makes no sense. I am infuriated because now I cannot find an available unit. Thanks for nothing.

I'm giving no stars But I wasn't there I don't like that just because one passes a place google says you were there what did you think about the place .blablabla.... that's not right to assume and people should pay more attention to the apps they use . I know how to take a min and turn off places that pop up because I pass by them . Pay more attention if your gonna use Maps I have seen several couples argue fight or even divorce jealousy acuse over Maps doing this time line thing really should fix this and folks should pay more attention to the app if your gonna use it make sure you look and read this is a problem starter when it dont have to be . Trust ♡ respect is almost unheard of these days . Peace ♡kk

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional when I moved in. Unit flooded half of my belongings are ruined due to mold and they won't take responsibility. Horrible company.
