Shout out to Erica and Mikey and the entire staff for making it an easy transition into a larger storage unit! Thanks guys you are appreciated! And to corporate can I get an answer on if you will be putting the restrooms back online out in the storage area? The one restroom in the office is just enough to accommodate the staff. It would be nice to get the amenities we are paying for or at least a couple of porta potty... Please advise thanks in advance!

The staff here is amazing!! Every time I come in, things get done quickly and helpfully. Also the bathroom is always clean and doesn’t have that lingering sewer smell!!

The staff is always helpful and reliable, and I can count on them to make sure I have everything I need for convenient access to my storage units. Even when I’m running late, they always work with me and communicate clearly about what’s going on. They follow their policies but still go above and beyond to keep me informed and make things as easy as possible. I’ve been using this location for the last two years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! Big thanks to erica and rashawn for the support. Erica deserves a promotion and recognition.
