Website is confusing.
The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.

The customer service was pleasant and the Rep told me everything I needed to know. His demeanor was pleasant and nor irritable, upset or aggravated. He let me know where available storage was in my area and qhen the one I wanted wasn't available he politely recommended another one.
