I talked to a very friendly representative first who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Then I went online and signed up super easy. The only negative is that it should be made clear about purchasing the lock which I feel was too high of a price.

Pete the manager was very helpful. I showed up 10 minutes til close and he had no problem getting my reservation confirmed and me checked in. At no time Did I once feel rushed and he was also Very professional. I would recommend this public storage to anyone who values value.
